What we do

Bournemouth Bars is a community platform brought to you by a bunch of ageing bartenders, celebrating everything great about the industry. It’s the public-facing platform of the Bournemouth Association of Bartenders, a industry-only Facebook group. We’re a hive showcasing venues, creative food and drink, incredible humans, truly great local business and the awesome drinks brands continuously supporting us along the way.

Podcasting

Humourous chats with industry legends, whilst mixing drinks.

Media

Creative & engaging content, featuring the best of cocktail & foodie culture.

Web

An awesome directory of the best independent bars & restaurants.

fancy being a contributor?

Are you a bar industry legend? Or a good human with a love for decent drinks maybe? We’re on the hunt for contributors, if you fancy writing the odd blog, jumping on podcasts & generally spreading the word about Bournemouth Bars, give us a shout.

are you a photographer?

We have incredible images from the mighty Alex West. But, we’re keen to work with more photographers to keep everything looking sharp & fresh, Mr West (despite his god-like appearance) can’t be everywhere. So, are you handy with a camera?
